DELIVERY
Shipping costs:

Delivery time:
- Order cut-off time: 3:30pm (GMT+10). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, which may delay delivery by one business day.
- Processing time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners.
- Shipping time: 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday).

Total delivery time: 3–6 working days in total.
Please note: total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
Products arrived damaged?
We'll start working on this unfortunate situation immediately. All we need from you is a photo/video report of the damage, together with your order number. Send this to customerservice@fashion-nora.com and we will certainly find a suitable solution.
The products arrived too late?
Most of our packages arrive on time. Delays can be seasonal or caused by a high volume of parcels at DHL.
Please allow 2 more days for the parcel to arrive - remember it is insured and you also have a tracking code. If the 2 days have passed and your parcel has not arrived, please contact us at customerservice@fashion-nora.com.
Address changes
Need to update your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible at customerservice@fashion-nora.com.
We’ll do our best to make the change, but please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, we can’t guarantee an address update.
RETURNS
Key Information:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving the order
- Refunds are processed within 2 days
- We don't charge restocking fees
- Customer is responsible to cover return shipping costs
- We accept exchanges

How to return an item
- Contact us: Send an email to customerservice@fashion-nora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive return instructions: You will receive a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions by email.
- Package the item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Return the parcel: Drop off the parcel at your nearest shipping point, as indicated in the return instructions.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us at customerservice@fashion-nora.com as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been processed or shipped.
