How can I pay for my order?

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
95% of parcels arrive within the normal time frame. If your order is delayed, don't panic - please allow up to 3 extra days and if you still haven't received your package, contact us at customerservice@fashion-nora.com.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all orders.
Damaged package?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our support immediately at customerservice@fashion-nora.com.
Include a photo or video evidence of the damage and your order number. Please note that you must submit this report within 24 hours of receiving your package, otherwise your claim will be invalid.
