If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. Fashion Nora wants you to be completely satisfied with every item. If you have any questions about delivery, quality or fit, our team will help you immediately.

How to return an item
1. Contact us: Send an email to customerservice@fashion-nora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive return instructions: You will receive a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions by email.
3. Package the item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
4. Return the parcel: Drop off the parcel at your nearest shipping point, as indicated in the return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately this can sometimes happen. Please take photos of the issue and send them to customerservice@fashion-nora.com. We’ll quickly review the matter and arrange for a replacement.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us at customerservice@fashion-nora.com as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been processed or shipped.
